Do Not have Discount Tire change your tires, they have a lot of inexperienced techs changing tires. I am not sure how I purchased four tires and come out with a busted oil pan, which they tried to say my vehicle came in with an oil leak, if so should have been documented. My vehicle is well maintained and stays in pristine condition. I had to put a total of 5 quarts of oil in basically brand new truck to drive 12 miles to show them the huge leak. My vehicle has now been at the dealership for two weeks to repair my busted oil pan which Discount Tire caused by lifting my truck on the frame near my oil pan. I don't know how you guys done this but I will not be returning here again, and you will be hearing from my lawyer. Buyer be aware and support local, visit Rodney's Tire.

My tire was damaged after hitting a pothole and needed to be replaced, and they both made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. My 2024 grand wagoneer was shaking at high speeds. Tried walmart for tire balance. Didn't work. Went to dealership for road force balance. Didn't work. Decided to try again since we were sure the balance was off. Discount tires had it balanced and fixed within about 15 minutes with a road force test done correctly. They were so fast and everyone was so kind. Definitely we be coming back for any tire needs!

I took my daughter's car in today because it had a nail in tire. The nice gentleman looked at the tire and said it may need a new tire but we'll try to just fix it since the tire is relatively new. If it just needed repair there would be no charge. They were honest and didn't try to sell me a new tire that I didn't need. Thank you!! Will definitely go again if needed.
