Discount Tire

These guys were amazing. I am visiting from out of state and on my way here picked up a huge nail from some debris after passing an accident that was in the process of being cleaned up. I did not realize it and drove on my tire till the sidewall was beginning to soften. So when I went out the next day I noticed my tire was extremely low. So I got on Google and I called another place they did not have my specific size and decided to call discount tire. The gentleman I spoke too was so nice and professional and now keep mind I called an hour before they closed. He said bring it in and we will get it done. I got there and 5:30 they did the inspection of all the tires got it right back and by 6 I was leaving the parking lot. Great bunch of people and I was extremely happy with the price. Than

It was a lil cold in the building but the service was great from my initial phone call to the installation of the tires that I purchased....The young men there were friendly and efficient.

The whole team at Discount Tire are super helpful and courteous. They have helped me numerous times with both my vehicles. Last year I was having a problem with a back tire loosing air consistently on my sedan. It was when I got off work for the day at 5:15pm. The techs were happy to help and get my tire straight for me and patched, even though it was cold and close to closing time for them. Several techs came over and checked my other tires while the first tech was patching my rear tire. This week I had thrown a sensor on the front tire and the other 3 tires had all different readings. They had the sensor in stock, which I was pleasantly surprised because both my vehicles are MB. They let me know my back tires were worn on my coupe (rear wheel drive) and suggested I get those replaced. T

I scheduled my appointment online to save time. Service was very prompt! I was in & out in about an hour. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
