Discount Tire

I have been using discount tire for 20 years. I love how they do lifetime rotation and balance. Being able to make appointments online and get in and out is so convenient. The Nitto Ridge Grapplers are a great tire.

Blake was awesome! He helped me pick the right set of tires matching my needs and price point, helping me save money as well as time. They got me in and out same day. Dropped off and was ready in under two hours. Thanks Blake!!

This was my first time at this location and the guys here were very professional, kind and quick! They went above and beyond to get two tires for me from another location same day because I had a nail/slow leak in one tire and they recommended I get two new tires to make sure they were balanced. Once I arrived, Connor said that he would see if the guys could repair my damaged tire first, but if they couldn't they would only have to replace the damaged tire because the tread on my other back tire was fine (I appreciated this because they could have easily just told me I needed two new tires) They unfortunately could not fix my damaged tire, but worked quickly to replace it. I’ve been a customer at this store for many ,many years and have always been very happy with the quality of their products and their service. The last few times not so much, I drive a 2022 GMC 2500 and the last two times I’ve had the tires rotated and balanced before even going in 10 miles The wheel weights have come off. The last two times have resulted in multiple trips to get a rotation and tire balance, I was told some of the issues were due to high turnover and training. Very disappointed.

Our family loves Discount Tire. The prices are some of the best, but more importantly, when you purchase the certificates for your tires you're buying peace of mind. We've had to take tires in with screws or nails from new construction and they always take care of us. Rotations and air pressure check ups are included as well. I only wish there was a location closer to North Canton, GA, but getting to Woodstock isn't too bad. The guys at the Woodstock location near Target and Taco Mac have always been pleasant to deal with. No complaints!
