Kind staff. This place takes really good care of you if you're ahead of it. This place gets insanely busy right around winter time. Don't think you can get in and out unless you have an appointment. I've been coming here for the last 10 years and they've done nothing but treated me well. Much better than Belle tire. I lost my trust with Belle tire the minute they try to persuade me into a repair that never needed to be done so they could sell me more wheels and tires and an alignment. I went straight to discount tire and they told me I need nothing of the sort in that belle tire was crazy. I've won my loyalty with discount tire and would not trust any other company for the safety of my tires.

Ok. These guys deserve a shoutout and a raise. What incredible service. From walking into, to leaving. When have you had a gentleman open your car door for you at a service shop as you leave? They checked in throughout the wait. With an appointment, I was in and out within 35 min for 4 new tires. They took care of two lugnuts that were bad. I was honestly blown away by each one of you. And it wasnt just me, I saw you all take care of everyone that walked in. Keep up the good work!

I had a very good experience at the 28th Street store. Kajuan was fantastic. He was professional and courteous. In fact I interacted with three other workers and all of them were professional and courteous. They got me in and out fast and did an excellent job. I will go back to this DT location any day. Best wheel and tire shop in Grand Rapids and Wyoming! Khiry and his team provided great customer service for me and my dog. The new management and store manager at this location has been greatly improved, keep up the great work fellas.
