The store in Yakima was top notch. I walked in right at my appointment time, and the guy behind the desk said "you must be ___(my name)" as if they were expecting me to walk in at that moment. He asked about my truck, then we walked out together while he got the VIN information and gave me reassurance of the time it would take. Then I received a text link to an online tracker for the time it would take for the service to be completed. They were pretty close on their estimate, but was about 10 minutes longer. All in all under an hour total so I was happy with it and they were busy. Then at the end, an associate came into the lobby where I was waiting and said they were lowering my vehicle off the stand and it would be ready for me curbside to pick up. Cayden, I believe his name is, the senior assistant manager? Very personable, super well mannered and well spoken, younger, but extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Im not always easy to handle, and I was in a hurr.. but he made me feel right at home and comfortable and gave me a GREAT deal with am AWESOME attitude to go with it. Im a local and 100% recommend discount tire over anyone else in the area. 110% satisfaction. Great great great experience.

What a remarkable team at the Yakima Discount Tire store. They switch out my winter tires and I also buy tires there for me and my kids. I recommend them highly. Customer service, knowledgeable staff, and high quality service. They have a great crew.

I came in on a Saturday to have all four tires replaced and a front end alignment done. It was pretty busy so there was about a 2-hour wait, which they informed me of upfront. During that wait, I was able to observe the great customer service offered by all the employees, even to grumpy customers who had been told the same thing I was about the wait and wanted to complain about it. One of the guys, Jace, was exceptional and the most polite, professional person I've ever experienced working in a tire shop. I definitely recommend this place.
