If you don’t have a big job for them to do, don’t expect to be prioritized or even treated equal. Brought my Jeep Cherokee in for an estimate and just to be looked at. It had some front end damage that could be fixed in a day or two. They scheduled me to drop it off Feb 7 2022 and told me the longest they’d have it would be 3-4 weeks it is now March 22 2022. All they have to do is straighten the front forks of the frame and weld a panel in. I was going to do everything else as I am a mechanic, I just don’t have access to a frame jig or sheet metal tools/welder. It’s been almost 2 months and they keep making the excuse that parts are unavailable for cars they currently have in the shop. I work in a shop and I understand that completely.
