Couldn’t ask for more from a mechanic. The most important thing for me is transparency, honesty, and explaining things in detail to the customer. Lots of mechanics, will use jargon and complex mechanical terms that a common, non-educated car driver might not understand and the entire experience feels like handing over hundreds of dollars, potentially thousands, while still not understanding what you even paid for. Milton, the owner of the shop, was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process. I left with a fixed car, a reasonable cost to fix, and a clear understanding of what is wrong with my vehicle and how it was repaired. I understand mechanics are not miracle workers, however, if one were to be, my money is on Honest Auto next time.
