I had a great experience at Ditmire. I called with a tire emergency and they fit me in right away. They repaired the tire, saved me from having to buy a new one, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly—way more clearly than any place I’ve been before (I didn’t even know there was so much to know about tire repairs!). The service was far better than my dealership (and way closer!), the price was very fair, and I never felt rushed or talked down to. I’ll absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Ditmire since I purchased my Mercedes a few years ago. They’re very knowledgeable and do excellent work in a timely manner. Their pricing is fair for the work I’ve had done. I would highly recommend them.

For the past few days, my girlfriend’s car has been acting up. It wouldn’t start, then it would and it would even stop running while sitting at a red light. We asked every mechanically inclined person we know about it and no one had answers. Her own personal mechanic even tested the battery, and said it was fine. Outstanding! So…… I was in a really bad situation. I mean my car was making noise, and smoking I lost all hope, then I found Ditmire Motorworks!!!!!! And let me tell you baby. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by three wonderful people who invited me to sit down and they would began the process for me, to fix my Mercedes. The person working on my car called me immediately after and explained to me what was wrong with my car and what I should do they waited for my approval and then proceeded. I love this place!!!!!!!
