I had an excellent experience with my car repair service from start to finish @ Pats Auto (in Galloway) The staff was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car. ( I needed spark plugs) The work was completed on time, the pricing was fair, and my car is running better than it has in a long time. It's such a relief to find a repair shop you can actually trust. Professional, efficient, and friendly—I'II definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable and straightforward auto services I highly recommend them.

Came in for an appointment to get rear brakes replaced. Arrived 5 mins before apt and nobody was there so I couldn’t fully explain everything. Dropped car off and got a call later telling me that this is “a much bigger job than just brakes and rotors” and that the quote of 400-600 he had given me was actually closer to 1,200-1,300. I asked him to explain and he showed me a diagram and explained that it’s hard to push the piston back in so it’s better to replace it. This didn’t sound right to me and when I asked him how he diagnosed that he told me it was just based on him driving it. As in he never actually examined it. I took it to my dealership and they had no issue doing the rear brake repair I had asked for and they charged about what this guy originally quoted. On top of that, when I

Very nice guy but prices are outrageous! Got quoted close to $600 without taxes... For the motor going in my driver side window for him to replace.. just called somewhere else and got quoted wayyy less half of what Pat's quoted me. I do not recommend unless you have money to throw around.

Pat's Auto repair is a great place to get your car serviced. Honest and up front about any issues and shows pictures of the parts that bad. Prices are reasonable and no up selling.
