Diversified Tire

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I called to inquire about prices. There are no appointments during the winter and they said it’s first come first serve. We arrived in the morning and the guys started working right away. Very fair pricing and exceptional service. We highly recommend.

This tire shop is great. Diversified Tire, sells tires, rims, front end work, alignments and other mechanical driveline work! The place of fast whether you have appointment or show up as a walk in. Don't over look this place! It's pretty classy inside too. They have rims over their lobby speakers!

Dropped off my wheels to get new tires on my lunch break and it was done not even an hour later. They were fairly priced and super quick. Highly recommend them for your tire needs.

About a month after I had my winter tires put on here, we noticed that the bolts were cross threaded and my rim was ruined. I went in and they had to order a new rim that was not going to be ready that day. It’s easy to get upset at a business for a mistake especially when fixing it is inconvenient and it could have had a dangerous outcome. What I appreciated about Diversified was that I received a phone call from management the next day personally apologizing and asking how they could make it right. We are all human and make mistakes. It’s not a mistake that should happen, but it does. I appreciate good customer service and making things right and Diversified did make things right in the situation. I pulled in today very close to closing time, sun going down, car full of hungry cranky kids because one of my tires was so low it was almost flat. They didn't even bat an eye about helping me, no appointment, just absolutely welcomed my emergency. They had me pull around, saw how bad it was and asked if I could stay for a few minutes. These guys, jacked up the car, took off my tire and rim, repaired the tire, put it all back together and even made sure my other tires were appropriately aired. I was back on the road in 25 minutes, didn't even have to unload the 5 kids I had with me. Before I knew it we were home safe and I'll be able to make it to work tomorrow. All they said was, "have a merry Christmas". They really blessed us because to be honest, it hadn't been a easy day. Thank you so
