The store open time is 9.30 am I was been waiting since one hour there for fedex she came 10.30 am

Just rude and for the coverage I have on my car they weren't any cheaper. If I wanted to pay less, as we all do then I have to have less coverage. Do not go to them. They don't tell you until you get the paperwork that you have very little coverage for what the charge. Good thing I asked for a printout before I signed with them. Sneaky. I bet you the law firm they use is called Dewy Cheated and How.

Fedex cannot do anything unless you print out the label yourself and tape up the box with label. Forget QR codes etc. they said they can’t do!

Great service, never had an issue with them. Staff is always friendly and fun to talk to, especially Santiago. Never had an issue in the few years I've had insurance thanks to them.
