Dix Auto Sale LLC (MIKE)

We made a car purchase from them a few days ago. They illegally charged me dealership tax and state tax. They never gave the state the tax I paid on the car. They never sent the title over to be transferred even tho I paid for it. They had me drive the car off the lot without a registration or title transfer or anything. They lied about the car’s condition and scammed me out of about $1000 in “taxes” that never went to the car’s sale tax with Secretary of State. I’m currently working with local police and Secretary of States dealership licensing division to resolve the fraud that took place. Don’t ever go here.

Dix Auto Sale did an excellent job on replacing and painting the hood on my truck. Mike and his help was extremely polite and made sure I was happy with his work. I would highly recommend everyone one going to this place.

I've had issues with my Ford Focus steering for a while and when I had it quotes from a different shop, they are asking for an arm and a leg to have it replaced. I called Mike on a friends recommendation and he gave me an estimate I couldn't refuse. Took the car in Monday and the next day, boom, it's done. Car drives like a dream and he even cleared some of the dash lights I know were just warnings. I don't have any problems recommending Mike and his shop. Thanks Mike!

Great job by these guys. I ended up buying a vehicle off of ebay from this company. I was working with Mike with this sale and he was professional the entire way! We had a few problems with the vehicle after we received it and Mike stepped up to the plate big time to get everything rectified!
