Had my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced here. Fast repair turn around time !! Was offered finance when I was short on the balance 3 month same as cash. Definitely recommend Jay he is a sweetheart!!
They share pictures and videos of their inspections, & they showed me all the parts they replaced. Very knowledgeable and suggested ways to maintain my car for it to run great for the future! I highly recommend working with Jay & Brad
WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY SCAM YOU FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE AND TO FIX A PROBLEM THEN BRAD WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL FIX AND GIVES YOU A PRICE THEN THEY WILL TELL 3 more problems came up and charge u thousands then when you get ur vehicle back it will work for exactly one week and it will brake down then u have no choice but to call them and they will tell u that u need this part and do the same thing and tell u that u need 3 things and one week later it will brake down and on and forth do not go here they crooks and have no shame and are running a fraud business!!!!!!! They got me for over 8k be warned!!!!!! And shame on Melvindale police for allowing this type of business to run in this city!!!
I stayed at the hotel next door from this place. So, I took my truck there for some service because I was hearing noise coming from my vehicle. They got me in right away and told me they’ll call to give me an update. After an hour or so, they gave me a call to let me know I needed brakes all the way around and a left ball joint. I gave them the okay to go ahead and fix my vehicle. They were provided with warranty information etc. They allegedly fixed my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle the next day and told I didn’t have to pay because they charged my warranty (but it was for a service that they didn’t complete). No receipt was given to describe what service was given. As I left the shop my vehicle was make a different noise and a slight shake that I wasn’t feeling before. I called back to
