A great experience with a local business! I contacted Dixie Auto Parts after my old mower finally gave out after 13 years. Jake was super helpful and explained the different promotions going on at the time and never seemed bothered by my call. When I arrived the store was super busy but Jake made time for me and made the purchase easy and quick. They delivered my new Toro the next day right on time and went over all the features with me and even provided a full tank of fuel. This is my go to business for mower service and parts. Support local !!!

These guys are awesome, they really know what they are talking about and have a hometown feel for all of their equipment. They are straight shooters and everyone I’ve always talked to here seems to know how to either help or point you in the right direction. We’ve all seen how some places hire people that the customer has to educate and it leads to frustration. But not this place, they are always helpful and have probably forgotten more about their machines than most people will care to know. I highly recommend this spot. If you support local this spot should definitely be on the top of your list. Thank you Dixie Auto Parts, you’re a rare breed.

If I could have zero stars that is what I would pick. This company’s lies to you , they are not honest, stay away from. Buy your lawnmowers and stuff elsewhere. They tell you service is included, it is a lie, then they want to charge you 230.00 . Do not believe them, they will lie to you to make a sale.Buyers beware these people are crooks.

I had a great experience both times I visited! Each time, the employees were extremely helpful! This is my new shop when I need a part for my lawnmower.

Wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else. Attentive and helpful staff. I’d be surprised if there was a part or problem they didn’t know or couldn’t help with. Awesome local business I’ll continue to support.
