I am on vacation in Brunswick and had a parking brake malfunction warning come up on my MazdaCX5. The mechanic at Dixie Dans was able to release the Caliper and get me back on the road, and for a very reasonable price. The whole experience was very Positive. From the fact that Angela was able to get me in very quickly and was great with keeping me updated during the day to when I picked up my car and the mechanic took the time to come and explain to me what he did to solve the problem. Great customer service all the way around!

Told me I needed a new engine, all that happened my serpentine belt came off unusually it tore the idling pulley off my timing chain cover, he looked at it and said I need a new engine my engine is fine. So I had the timing chain cover with the new pulley and his running great I'm sorry Dixie Dan thanks for letting me Park it overnight outside your shop, until I got to a good mechanic that replaced everything in less than 8 hours.... I knew my engine was fine but we're talking about a bad diagnosis which could lead to all kind of other problems too, 🧐🙊🤔🤔 plenty of miles left on my engine good for me I didn't listen to him..... Sorry about that and I'm so glad he was wrong 🙏

I walked in today with a horrible sound coming from my right front wheel well. I asked if someone could look at my vehicle and tell me what was going on. Within minutes, they had my Explorer diagnosed, with a very reasonable quote. I was there for maybe 1.5 hours. Parts were delivered, my suv was fixed and ready to go! Outstanding and honest service! I will absolutely be using this establishment for all my future mechanical needs!!!
