Took Freightliner in. Needed an oil pump and intake tube and bushings. Too bad there was no oil put back in the engine. 20 miles later my engine started clanking. First thing I did was pull of and checked the oil. 0 oil and I mean 0 oil on the stick. Fried the motor!!!!!! Looking at the picture below do you see ANY oil. If the oil had been put in the engine there would be some oil in the stick. There was 0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No warning lights no nothing. Waited 1 1/2 days to end up with a blown motor. 3 hotel rooms, food and a blown motor!!!!! Last off no oil on the stick, no smoke out of the exhaust or engine, no leaked oil on or under the motor. There was no oil put back in after he did the job!!!!!!

I've been a customer of Dixons for years now and I have to say that his service is phenomenal and I recommend him to anyone who wants it done right. I have 4 trucks that has been serviced by this shop and I never return for the same thing twice on the same truck.

Finally a mechanic that knows his stuff, Daniel and his assistant were amazing . It was a few other shops around me , but something about our conversation I wanted to make my way to his shop. Had us in and out quick , even pointed out issues with the last work I had done. I hate people touching my baby, but I will definitely swing back and get services done on my truck. He wasn't trying to get over , he was honest about everything. Thank you so much, you really blessed us. Thank you.

Took my truck to the shop for an engine overhaul months ago Daniel got me worked up and going. He’s an awesome guy, he really has the knowledge and skill set to be a diesel technician . He’s a hardworking man and I really appreciate Daniel. I also thank John to for working on my bulldozer, he put brand new clutches in my dozer and a brand new fuel tank. Big Ben is an awesome mechanic, very well respectful and does a great job turning ratchets! Dixon Tech is an amazing place to be!
