Greg is an absolute lifesaver! My teenage son drove with a friend to VT from CT and ran into issues with his transmission during an 2 day snowboarding trip. Greg answered my call after hours on a Sunday and got to work on the car first thing the next morning (and it was a Federal Holiday). He drained and replaced the transmission fluid twice and took it on two lengthy test drives to be sure it was safe for my son to drive home. Greg took the time to call me multiple times through the day to update and inform me of the progress. He is knowledgeable, honest and price was more than reasonable. I wish I could give him 10 stars!
Greg has kept my old Tacoma running strong the past 8 months, and has bailed me out a few jams caused by my long commute and old vehicle. The first time I used his services, he actually came to my car to diagnose it, and fixed the bad wheel bearing that day. It was the day after Christmas, I couldn't get in anywhere else for a week and Greg took care of me right away. 6 months later, he replaced my whole front end (control arms, ball joints, sway bar end links, inner and outer tie rods), mounted and balanced 4 new tires, and replaced both power steering lines. It's turning like new, rolling straight and the front end is tight and solid. Greg did the work for 1/2 the price other garages charge and worked with me so that I was able to get to work while getting the work done.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really wonderful experience at DKD Auto Services. Greg, the technician, was fantastic—he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was incredibly reasonable. It’s clear that customer service and quality work are top priorities here. I’ll definitely be returning and will be recommending Greg and DKD Auto to all of my friends!
I called on New Year Eve and not only the phone call was answered but they showed up the very next day and helped us by fixing the tire on my driveway. Great hardworking people!!! Recommend ✔️
