Great service! Tom was a big help when our truck broke down far from home. He was always easy to get in touch with and everyone at Tom’s went beyond what they needed to to be helpful and friendly.
Tom's Motors came through for us at the very end of the day, the day before new year's eve. Terrible timing for a minor fender bender and popped tire on our part, and Tom fixed us up for the drive home!
My daughter took her first job out of high school working at Mount Snow for the winter season. Her car refused to start and we were 6 hours away in PA. When the car was brought in to Mount Snow Motors, the people were so kind and dropped everything to help her get back on the road the same afternoon. They even took time to explain to her what they had done in enough detail to tell her dad and they did it very inexpensively. Thank you so much!!
Tom is unreasonable to say the least. Not to mention the countless stories of locals in the deerfield valley getting their cars back with more problems than they came in with. Stay away!
