I waited for the owner to arrive, and when he did, he was pleasant, respectful, and reliable. However, the worker pictured was very disrespectful. His behavior was rude and distasteful. This review is specifically about that worker, not the business itself. Once the owner arrived, service was handled quickly and professionally.

RUN FROM THIS AUTO SHOP!!! It took them 2 months to fix my car, which was supposed to be a one-day job. Their communication is horrendous—they constantly ignored my calls and questions. I went in because my car had stopped running, and they diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue. After getting the quote, I asked them to go ahead with the repair. What should have been a quick fix turned into a nightmare. Harold, the mechanic assigned to my car, repeatedly lied to me. He told me the car was ready three times, but every time I went to pick it up, it hadn’t even been touched. It was still sitting in the same spot. My name is Annie. I went to have my car fixed for a dent and paint that was cracked near the door handle. The repair was done perfectly. I was very pleased with the result. Joseph the owner is very professional and very friendly. The price is reasonable. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone, and I will definitely send my friends and family to Joseph if they need any repairs.

Everyone has expectations when they go to either the Dealer or Commercial shops when they need car repairs. Usually its a very big place, with a waiting area and/or lounge. We would wait and wait until we are called by number or name just to be told “ your vehicle is ready and please pay the bill at the cashier” then you are on your way. I admit I was one of those people until I came here and met Joseph and his team. At first look I was guilty of judging a book by it’s cover.
