I contacted this shop because I had already purchased a starter and simply needed it installed. I made it clear I was not requesting diagnostics, only the installation of the part. The shop explained I’d need to sign paperwork acknowledging that if the starter didn’t fix the issue, I’d still be responsible for the labor — which I completely understood and agreed with. However, I was told I would also need to record a video of myself stating the same thing. I’ve never heard of a shop requiring customers to film themselves in order to receive service, and it felt unnecessary and unprofessional. This left me very uncomfortable, so I chose not to proceed with their services

Dropped my truck at DMJ services on Thursday afternoon. Got the phone call at 8:30 Friday morning that they diagnosed the issue and replaced the hub assembly and my truck was ready to pick up. Quick turn around and great service.

Just picked up my truck from DMJ services. Thanks to Alex for taking care of the repairs and thanks to Gary for treating me so well. I would absolutely recommend DMJ. They get snowed under with work at times because, I believe, they know what they are doing. All in all a great service especially diesel motors.
