I wanted to leave a bit of feedback for Rob, as I am a unimog owner and have worked with him over a number of years. Rob does AMAZING work and is incredibly honest with people. I have worked with all of the Unimog "experts" in the USA, and I mean ALL, and he is by far the best. Unimogs are not like having a honda, where you drop it off for service and come back in 45 minutes. Parts take time to get in, some have to be sourced from abroad, etc. But what I can vouch for is that Rob will do a great job, and wont try to upsell you. If anything he does the opposite, and tries to find ways to rebuild things, vs just buying a new expensive part (even when he stocks the part). Rob IS busy, and you need to be patient to get on his schedule. But he is the best. I saw the only other google review, a

Dishonest. Unprofessional. Lackadaisical. Rob Pickering is Bozo The Clown pretending to be an industry professional. In seven months Rob did absolutely nothing for us other than cost us a few thousand dollars. Do not trust him at all. You are likely to get burned and will want to litigate.
