DNA Auto

I went to buy a car a few weeks ago. The car was surprisingly dirty on the inside for wanting to make a sale on it, but I didn't mind because that's something they came down on the price for. They negotiated fairly on the vehicle. The front office lady was extremely helpful and quick. She knows what she's doing. This isn't the nicest car dealership in the world, but it isn't particularly bad. They are quick, helpful, and honest.

Thank goodness we didn’t buy a car here today. I took my mom car shopping and she saw them list vehicles on Facebook. We went by , sat / stood out for atleast 10minutes, no greeting . There was maybe 7 cars to look at. One had ants all in it crawling around. One had fuzzy mold growing in the carpet. One had such a strong odor you couldn’t breathe. The truck had a dash literally falling into pieces. They all smelt horrible even though they were “clean” . We walked in to see if they were even open, and the lady sitting behind the desk acted like she just absolutely hated her life , especially there . When we asked questions she either ran through them or gave very little detail or said she didn’t know. I guess they didn’t want to sell a car too bad because as soon as we walked out she packed

Bought my daughter's 2019 Ford Fiesta from this place for $4500. Good place for inexpensive vehicles (usually between 3k and 6k cash money out the door). Had minor issues to fix. Would buy again.

I got a 2015 ford focus from here back in feb 2023 and stopped paying on it In feb 2023 first the transmission went out the same day I got it they fixed it I will give them that much. Next the transmission started acting up again along with other things then I found out by law they was not suppose to sell any vehicle with a airbag light fault on I let American credit acceptance come pick up the car. Now because of the lemon they told me and let go back I am being sued By American credit acceptance for the remaining balance of over $5000 after it was fixed and sold at action…. I got the summons in the mail today from American credit acceptance I will be going to appeal this and will be requesting DNA AUTO be pulled in to court as well because of this so be ready

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'm not one to leave alot of reviews, much less a very negative one. However, no one should shop from this establishment, nor should they work there to support the corruption. I was financing a 2012 Ford Focus, and it was two gentlemen who assured me the car was ready to go. 45 minutes off the lot the check engine light comes on. First, it was the transmission, went out. They offered to fix it, which I should of declined because of what happened after. I got it back after awhile, and shortly after my engine started over heating, $1,000 down the drain.
