Whitesburg Tire and Auto

I ended up getting tire damage with air leaking on my way home from work. They stopped what they were doing to help me, super nice folks.

Do not I repeat DO NOT bring this man your vehicles. No cameras on property to hold them accountable, in turn with no cameras there is no way to insure your vehicle is handled properly while on his property. I drop my truck off for a rear end repair. A week later I drive by and my truck had a massive dent/scratch in the front bumper. I confronted this " business man" about the damage done to my truck. My response was basically " I put a tire between the forklift and your truck. Idk what happened. We didn't do it. Maybe someone backed into it over the weekend " no attempt to fix it or make it right for me. So as if the almost 800 for a axle replacement wasn't enough I now have get to find a body shop pay the expenses related to the cosmetic damage they caused.

Stopped by to see if they could fix a leak in my spare. Stopped everything he was doing to get it fixed but it was a stubborn leak. Left it with them while I ran some errands and he had it all fixed by the time I returned. Charged a fair price too. Highly recommended and will be back for all of our tire needs.

Can't say enough nice things about this place. Friendly, helpful and definitely a place I would recommend.

Great customer service. I was in a bad spot and the guys stopped everything they were doing to help me out. I'll definitely give them my buisness from now on
