The people there are fantastic, it took a little longer to get the bike bike than anticipated but I understand why. The staff very knowledgeable when it comes to motorcycles, gave me alot of extra information. They will not BS you, if there is something they can't do they will tell you and recommend a place to go unlike some businesses that will attempt to do something just for the money. I don't get that video from this place, I know it's a business and they need to make money but they are passionate about their job and work and as a customer it's greatly appreciated, they care about the customer, My bike is running great, the Mechanic that worked on my bike was awesome, will be back for all my service needs.

Great Spot. Found DNA while looking for a shop that would work on my bike that others won't touch because of it's age, 1998 Honda VF750. They offer full service. Had oil change, air filter, plugs and chain service. Labor charge for my bike was fair. They are committed to getting it right. An item needed attention after my service and the owner made it right on a day the shop was closed. Employee at the counter made drop off/pick up quick and easy , was helpful and communicated with me though out the time they had the bike. I'll be going back and I can easily recommend this shop

I should have read the reviews before coming here. They scammed me for THOUSANDS…. And still returned my bike back broken! The red flag should have been the hundreds of broken bikes sitting in their shop…. I should have trusted my gut. I had to go to another shop and get all three of my bike serviced AGAIN because of how much unprofessional work they did. Don’t go here…..

Tis like family here. Work is spot on. fair pricing, customer service is top notch, informative, and will def use them again. Amen for them being here too as few independent shops left around. I used them to tow my ninja to & from home and safe & secure. No worries. It may take awhile to get yer baby back tho so be prepared to wait as u can’t rush perfection!!👍🏆
