As a woman it’s very hard to find a dependable mechanic who doesn’t charge an astronomical amount of money. I found this place about a year ago and me and my husband use this mechanic for anything dealing with our car needs. They are always reliable, get work done in a short amount of time and charge a very reasonable amount every visit we have had. They are very honest and great mechanics I highly recommend them.

I was quoted me a price over the phone for a replacement of one my coils which was a definitely a fair price. When I arrived for my appointment date, I was told the price was actually lower than what was quoted. Whatttttt😊 I was a happy camper!!! And of course the service was great as always.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic due to a coolant reservoir leak. After arrival, I was told the battery was dead and that the computer resets automatically, so I purchased a new battery. I was charged $88 just to connect it. Later, I was told the issue was the heater core. I was charged $125 for a “diagnostic,” but no diagnostic machine was used only a visual inspection. I’m confused how a proper diagnostic was done if the computer had reset. I was also told the diagnostic fee only applies toward repairs(to the heater core) if completed within 7 days, which was not clearly explained upfront. Overall, communication and transparency were lacking. I would not recommend unless you are very knowledgeable about cars.

They have 10 stars in my eyes!! DNC Auto Repair shop is my car's doctor office. They treat my car like it is theirs! They are very, very honest and up front. Family oriented business! My car was towed there once. I had a problem with it starting once it shut off. Once it would shut off.. it would take a while for it to start again. Then, one day, it just wouldn't start at all. So they had my car for a week plus. They checked everything on it, but couldn't find the problem. They then put a couple of quarts of oil in my car, and then it started!! Omg! They kept it a few days to drive it to see if it would do that shut-off thing it was doing with me. Nothing happened. So they called and told me about the oil. Now my car is fixed and come pick it up. I was scared to ask how much it cost. But

Customer service was top-tier! Carlo was very thorough and wanted to make sure that he had fully serviced my vehicle before picking up or paying for my repair. He was transparent with everything that he did to my vehicle that worked and did not work. My husband and I truly appreciated the customer service and fair pricing. We will be using them in the future!
