Customer service at this location was excellent. This place just opened recently in the area, and the staff are still learning the system. Probably will make an appointment next time so they can have the parts (brakes and rotors) on hand, making the process go much faster. Not much to do in the waiting area, bring something to keep yourself entertained. They have a bathroom with water fountains. Cookies were for sale at the counter

I visited this Mavis location because I needed two rear tires and a wheel alignment. The service was extremely professional, and the auto technician who assisted me was very informative regarding my service needs. I did not feel pressured to make any additional purchases, which is a major plus for me. Because of their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service, I am confident that I will return to this location for future car maintenance. Thank you!

Slow… I arrived at 9:40am for a 10:00am appointment. There was only me and another woman checking in at the time. I sat and watched my wife’s car sit on a lift for an hour and 50 minutes without a single tire being installed…was supposed to get a wheel alignment, realized they hadn’t even finished balancing 4 tires (in two hours), and canceled it. My amigos would’ve had 4 old tires off and new ones balanced and installed in 20-30 minutes.

Although I didn't receive direct tire/break service, Mr. LC - technician at the Anvilblock location, helped me with a battery issue. I was leaving the nail salon across the street from the tire shop, and my vehicle wouldn't crank. I checked my battery, noticed the battery cord was loose. I was able to adjust the cord enough to crank, and immediately stop by Marvis Tire & Break. I shared with Mr. LC my situation asked if he could please tighten my battery cable cords so I could make it home safely. It was super cold outside and with a smile on his face, he said sure. Grabbed his wrench, tighten the cable cord, asked me to turn on/off my car to make certain the car would restart with no problems. This is my first time coming to this location which just opened and the customer service here is amazing. All the staff here is really nice and attentive to the customers needs. I highly recommend stopping by this location to get your services done. Jedi, Dominic,and Tony was a great help and the teamwork here is impeccable.
