Extremely unprofessional experience. This is my second visit to this location — and it will definitely be my last. I arrived in the morning because the company’s website clearly states they open at 6:00 AM. When I got there, all employees were on site, but no unloading was happening. There were no other trucks waiting — I was the only driver there. Despite that, they refused to unload my vehicle simply because my appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM. The employee then told me they actually start working at 11:00 AM, which directly contradicts the hours posted online. If your real operating hours are different, update your website. Drivers plan routes based on your posted schedule. Wasting a driver’s time while your entire staff is present and there is zero workload is unacceptable. This
