I'm really glad I found this place. Mike at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable and professional, and he didn't try to upsell me on services that my car didn't need. The waiting area is really nice! Look at these photos -- it feels more like somebody's living room than a waiting area. Everything is bright and airy and clean. I will definitely be coming back.

My vehicle was taken there in September for an inspection. They then explained that I needed a $600 repair and it was detrimental that I get it done immediately by them. Due to me not having the funds at the time, I had to wait. Since then, my car was driving horribly. I had to rely on friends and family members for rides just to stay on the side of caution. I figured they were correct that something was terribly wrong. I made arrangements to get it fixed before the holiday. When I went to get an oil change today at a different location and was met with concerned mechanics who asked if I had recently got work done. After embarrassingly acknowledging that I know I need work done based on the results of my PASSING inspection… the boss and lead mechanic explained that this tool was LODGED a

So we needed a VA inspection done and I called Doc Auto today to see if they could fit us in. The gentleman on the phone said bring it on in so we did. Now when I say “they made a customer for life”, I sincerely mean it! So professional, nice waiting room which only took 20 minutes btw and I was out the door. No issues. No omg you need new blinker fluid. no nonsense. These guys are great and I will be telling everyone I know where to take their vehicles from now on! Dave at the front door was great and they even have free chips and soda while you wait! All around this place is great and I recommend you call ahead of time but wow they are fast and a great place to go when you have anything needed for your car! I’ve been receiving Doc Auto flyers for a while and finally decided to give them a try for my Virginia state inspection. I was a bit nervous at first, but Keith and the team were amazing! They were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. My car passed the inspection, and Keith provided a detailed list of upcoming maintenance needs with fair pricing and even financing options. Plus, they emailed me estimates and photos of what was needed, which was super helpful. As a bonus, they even left a cute fortune cookie in my car and signed me up for their monthly magazine! Dave was very kind and fixed what I asked. They really tried to get my car fixed as soon as possible too, even with it being holidays. Pricing can be steep, but they did a great job! I also liked how the inside is set up, it’s a peaceful & welcoming room!
