Review from roughly a year and a half ago Communication was so so I do thank Alec for helping me out by getting a tow truck to pick my jeep up.The timing for the jeeps issue was terrible due to the shop relocating but i won’t hold a grudge Alec is a good mechanic and very straight forward I do thank Alec for everything he did for us unfortunately in the end we departed and ended on bad terms due to family so unfortunately I can’t go back to this shop from what I was told not by Alec himself but someone else I hope for this business to succeed more and to have a good year Not my picture but this was the jeep someone else owns it now

After zero mechanical issues on our trip from Tennessee to Beaufort, my truck would not accelerate over 40 mph. Through my nephew, I was directed to contact Doctor Auto LLC in Beaufort. They were able to fix my problem in less than two hours at a very reasonable price. Some mechanics would have kept it longer and charged me for parts that I did not need. Doctor Auto is a very honest and reputable business. 5 stars being the best… I give them 10 stars. Thanks again for your help.

Great service and personable people here. Im a mech myself and was in a bind with my kids car due to my schedule. Not only did they get the car in on short notice and worked late so my kid could make it to college, the pricing was also very fair and reasonable. Dealing with shops can be stressful and I got none of that here. Definitely made a return client out of me.

Highly recommend Doctor Auto! Took my jeep in for a front in suspension upgrade and they nailed it! Even told me that the new stabilizer shock had something wrong with it, but not to worry because they have warranties on this kind of stuff and would replace it. Bring your vehicle’s here to them you won’t regret it. Yeah you may find cheaper guys out in town, but you’d probably regret it since most businesses try to screw you over where they can. Doctor Auto won’t, they look out for their customers.
