No pressure, nobody following me around the lot trying to push the sale of one product or another, just a salesman that was willing to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I knew what I wanted and he located it in the lot quickly. Very happy with my purchase and the experience!

Wanted to shout out the team here for a great experience! Sam was awesome from the time I called for info, until the time we drove off in our new ride. He gave us the best overall buying experience by far. Never had to pass us around to a sales manager or any of that noise. Didn’t try to haggle us. We got a great deal and had no hassle. James in finance also awesome and very pleasurable! Even when our toddler was being a bit wild.

This review is written as guidance for future customers and as a reminder of how people should treat one another, especially during difficult moments. When my Jeep that I bought here 8 years ago broke down in Dec 2025 and was towed to this dealership, I was already under financial and emotional stress. In that situation, kindness and professionalism matter more than titles. I want to recognize Chris, the service advisor, who treated me with patience, respect, and humanity. He listened, explained things clearly, and showed compassion. That is how a human being should behave. Unfortunately, my interaction with the general management was the opposite. In my opinion you should avoid this service department at all costs unless you are just wanting to be scammed. I received an error message on my truck saying the air suspension needed service or repair immediately. I called to see if I can schedule a time for them to look at it and was told no it is first in first out so come drop it off and it should be about 3 to 5 days and it is a non refundable $250 diagnostic fee. (This should have been my first sign to run away but I am apparently a little slow.) This was on a Monday, I called on Friday asking for an update and they just said a technician is working on it. Next week I am told the same story on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Then finally Thursday morning I get the quote and there is 7 items that are recommended. 1st) the air suspens

Joe Ferguson was a great salesman. He was knowledgeable quick answered all the questions I needed. He was very friendly and I recommend this gentleman for anybody that is interested in buying a car or a used car unfortunately for Honda cars are Plano across the street. They didn’t get the same rating.
