Have been a Doherty's customer for a long time, and during Christmas week I needed four new tires. Paul and the rest of the crew were great - got the tires on and mounted, kept me up to speed and informed, and finished them on Dec 24th. Nice to do business with a local shop.

We used 2 school buses from Doherty's garage for our wedding transportation to and from our wedding venue/hotels this July 2025 and it was an excellent choice! They were communicative and flexible with us as we figured out what we needed and made a few quote changes. All went smooth and well on the wedding day as well.

They provided a quote for a wedding school bus rental, and then a few hours later rescinded the quote and sent a new one that was nearly $200 higher. In addition, the new quote was nearly the same amount as a motor coach with a bathroom on the bus from another vendor. I was not impressed by their prices or by the disorganized way they shared the quote. i already discussed it with my family and will now have to let them know that the quote increased with no explanation. I would have preferred they take their time with the quote to fix any errors rather than sending it out prematurely.

Had a tire puncture and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Also inflated all other tires to spec, plus my spare tire to 60 psi. $35. Very pleased and will definitely use the service again.

Hired Doherty's Garage for wedding transportation for 150 people in Salem, MA. The team was available for questions and the drivers did a great job day of. Would hire again and certainly will recommend to friends
