Marconi's Automotive

Marconi Automotive has provided all services during the last couple years for my 2012 Prius plug-in hybrid. So far, their service has been excellent. It is as good as, or better than, any auto service I have obtained during the 56 years I have owned cars.

It is so nice to know that there are still some honest hard working people out to make a good living and to help others. Marconi and his team are awesome! I love that I can trust him in doing what is right for my car and not do things that are not needed as I found with other places. I met Marconi a couple of years ago through a mutual friend and talked to him about my car and then drove out to his shop for him to look at all the things I was told I needed by another shop. Turns out I didn't need half of what they said. I was so pleased with the fact that he didn't take advantage of me because I'm a woman. And even though I live in Quincy, I will continue travel to Marconi's shop in Lincoln to service my vehicle. Well worth the peace of mind and feeling my car is safe on the roads and

I have taken all my vehicles to Marconi for as long as I can remember. His mechanics are so trustworthy and do great work! I cannot recommend them enough. I no longer live close by but still take my vehicles there as there is no one better.

The technicians explained everything very clearly, and kept me appraised of every step of the process, and were very courteous.

This is my first time to use Marconi’s automotive service. What a quality service, professional team, and no price gauging experience. Extremely thorough workmanship. The team will tell you honestly what parts are needed to be replaced, keep you in the loop on the repair status. When you call in, they always make time and the work is done in a timely manner.
