Dollar Car Rental - Dsh Frisco

⭐️ 0 Stars (if that were possible) This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had a same-day reservation at the Hertz Rent A Car in Frisco, and I explained to the manager, Gabriel Gonzales, that I urgently needed a vehicle sooner because I was trying to attend my aunt’s funeral. His response was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic human empathy. He flat-out said there was “nothing he could do” and suggested that I go somewhere else. Despite there being 20+ cars visibly available, I was forced to wait nearly three hours simply because I did not want an EV. To make matters worse, after making me rebook the reservation the same day, they then told me I needed a physical card for same-day bookings—information that was never mentioned upfront and on

Made a reservation Oct 7th for a trip during Thanksgiving. 3 hours prior to pick up a called was received stating there are no vehicles available and there was nothing that could be done. This left me with no other options but find a last minute solution that would double the cost of the trip. As you can tell by the services provided I’ll never do business with Dollar/Hertz ever again. This includes all business trips as well!!

60 minutes to checkout 60 minutes waiting for car to be cleaned even though I booked it weeks ago. 1 employee busting his hump trying to get through the appointments. 3 employees called out. Place sucks. Almost worth paying the additional $200 at enterprise and walk out with a car in 10 min.

Yikes. I feel bad for the two guys working at this place when Dollar allows over renting to the point that no one in the place could pick up a car because there were no cars. The guy tried his best to help us but it was out of his control. It almost cost us our holiday weekend. But thanks to Turo we got on the road!

Worst customer service experience. Rude and slow! Charge you 1 hour over time when make you wait 40 minute to return the car!
