Dollar Car Rental - Manchester - Boston Regional Airport

Have always had a nightmare experience with rentals so I stopped using them.. decided to try again because it was necessary and very much needed.. DOLLAR CAR RENTAL NAILED IT!!! Great experience and will use every time

Friendly helpful clerk, it's a bit confusing however, I rented from Dollar, but that counter was closed...I was waited on by the clerk at Hertz. Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty...common ownership. The car was fine.

Be careful when you do skip the line and your rental because it does not work. You still have to wait in a long long line to pick up your paperwork and then another long long line to get your vehicle. Do not use the service as it does not work.

Fast friendly service! The attendant worked very quickly to ensure the line of customers were able to get their cars and get on the road quickly! The car was perfectly clean inside and out. It was exactly as I rented. No inferior switch! We will use Dollar at Manchester Airport when we travel again!

If there’s anything below 1 star I would give it to you. I rented a car for a week ans the employee didn’t show me if there is anything wrong with the car. When I returned it out of no where they told me that there is a small dent in the back bumper and now they are filing a report that says the car got hit while I was driving it but I didn’t hit it or anything. I took a look at the dent and I found that it is rusty and old and they are trying to fix it through me. Stay away from them!!!!
