On Monday, January 19, I brought my truck in for a tire rotation. I had been trying to get this service done for a while, but every time I came in I was told to leave my vehicle for several hours. I was patient because I have a two-year guarantee on the rims, since I purchased them from this shop. When I originally bought the rims, every rim that came in already had chipped paint. I spoke directly with the owner at that time, and he worked with me on an exchange. Before leaving the store, I inspected the rims to make sure everything was okay. Today, when I brought my truck in for the tire rotation, the employee who moved my truck scraped the rim against a curb. I immediately brought it to their attention and called the store. Brought my 2001 Chevy Blazer for an alignment & tire balancing. Had them review other things & they did an awesome job. Definitely coming back for some upgrade in rims, tires and suspension work.

Customer service is good. But they did not align my truck right! I took it to another shop and they told me it was not aligned at all.

Go in and ask for Alex! From the time I went in from the time I left Alex went above and beyond for me! His recommendation for my truck was not only great but better than what I expected! Honest service and superb customer service! Very satisfied and I totally recommend!
