DON IS ONE OF THE BEST MEN YOU’LL EVER MEET! He was so helpful through the whole process of my damage car. I was heading back home from a trip when I hit a big rock that damage my vehicle. We had it towed to his shop and knew he could fix it. His driver was super helpful and really nice to have around. Don lent me his van to drive around for a few days till he fixed my car. He was very helpful and nice, caring about everyone. Got to know him a lot and he’s someone you’ll never forget in your life. After my car was fixed he knew everything that was wrong told me things I should fix now and the future. Thank You Don for Everything!

I hit a rock with my car and was pretty stranded out this way, but I got a tow into Don's place. He helped figure out what we needed to fix and loaned me his van to get my hotel and parts for my car. He took time to get me on my way as soon as possible and charged me fair prices for his work. Don is an honest and helpful man, who treated me with respect and kindness. If I end up out his way again I will for sure stop in and say hello!

This place completely saved my bacon when my car died, and we were stranded driving through to Utah. Don was an absolute angel for helping us out. He was willing to take a look at my Hybrid car when no one else in town would. He got it fixed, and we were on our way the next morning. Don was so sweet to let us use his own personal car to drive around town trying to find parts and even dropped us off to return one part and at our hotel. He even picked us up in the morning. He is such a kind person. Don, our tow truck driver, and all the associates at Les Schwab really made me contemplate moving to Lakeview. Thanks again Don!!

TLDR: Don is a superstar. A hero. The ONLY reason my sister and I got home at all. Now, for the long saga: My sister and I were driving home to Utah from Grants Pass after Christmas when our hybrid kia alerted us that there was an issue with the HEV hybrid system and that we needed to pull over and turn off the car. After reading that on the dash screen, we of course pulled over and turned off the car. BIG MISTAKE! The car wouldn't restart. We had no cell service. We walked 2 miles back to the nearest gas station and had to use their phone to contact our insurance for a tow truck. Our tow guy was super sweet and went above and beyond for us. After a 30 minute tow drive we made it to Lakeview. The 1st mechanic he drove us to was closed all the way through Jan 3rd. The 2nd mechanic wouldn't

I recently had someone crash into my driver door and was lucky enough that the person shared their insurance info to put in a claim. While that needed to be repaired, I took this opportunity to take care of another issue that involved replacement of the bumper. Both items were addressed in a professional and timely manner, which included replacement and matching paint. Don delivered quality work, stayed withing the promised time, and provided a no-nonsense approach to take care of things. To top it off, he called 2 weeks later to check in if I was happy with the results. I greatly appreciate his efforts and even got a car wash out of it. Happy customer - thanks, Don.
