Great customer service. I brought two tires in to be mounted and balanced with no appointment, and got my vehicle back in about an hour. Cost about $80, which after doing some research it seems that is the state average.

This will be the last time I buy tires at this location. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude to my husband when he dropped off my car today, saying she didn’t know what tires I ordered and if they even had them in stock. I put all that information in the website when making the appointment so I’m not sure what the problem was. Then she tells him that they wrote a note in the account saying the last time we were in that they didn’t do an alignment because the tires were too bad. This was news to us since when we picked the vehicle up they told us yes the alignment was as done and since it was still under warranty that we didn’t have to pay for it again. Had we known they didn’t do the alignment as they said we would have requested or taken it to a different location. The tires I rep

Absolutely wonderful place! Had a flat on our way through to Crater Lake. Employees make or break a company, and the employees here were friendly & eager to get us back on the road. Prices were extremely fair. I walked to get breakfast just couple blocks down while waiting. From an outsider looking in.....this town looks so charming. Great customer service.

After an unfortunate event with a pothole in the desert I had 2 badly bent wheels and badly blown out tires. They were able to assist me first thing when they opened. All of the staff was kind, courteous and helpful. They were generous enough to allow me to borrow a floor jack since my oem jack was a very slow process. When I returned to give them the jack back they even offered and torqued my lug nuts for safety. Very thankful for the prompt and courteous team.

I had been limping all day on a nail hole (~120 miles and 3 different stops at an air compressor) when I got here at 4 pm. Sure, I waited, 45 minutes maybe, but they patched the tire and sent me on my way for free. Thank you for delivering what you promise and saving me from a second intensely stressful day of driving.
