Sold me a 4x4 with a bad frame. I plainly went to a dealership because they say they do a overall on the cars to make sure they are good to go.. I have a lawyer on the case as we speak. The frame was rusted so bad it could not be fixed. After I confronted the issue to the salesman they no longer reply to the text messages they once responded to so quickly before

Sold my spouse a 2015 vehicle with 51,000 miles. 2000 down. Car was trailered home. Spent 1,000 on new tires. Drove once, oil sprayed everywhere. Trailered car back. Was determined it needed a new motor. After a lot of back and forth and my husband using a few choice words, they offered to pay half and we would need to pay 3,000. We ended up trading back in. They had nothing for same price so now have a bigger payment. This was a one and done deal. Will NOT be back. Poor customer service in my opinion. You make it right for the customer who trusted you, even if it's at a loss for you!!! East Tn Dodge, we're coming back.
