You did not state to me that the vehicle was used; however, you did inform the service advisor at Covert that it was used and even referenced the Carfax to support that claim. Yes, the vehicle was lifted two inches. As I previously stated — and as you agreed — the lift works within all factory specifications and does not require any sensor adjustments. Given your role overseeing vehicle service, your continued assertion otherwise is concerning and inconsistent with what was previously discussed.
