Brought my truck in 2 hours early for an oil change, it was a nice sunny Monday morning. My truck needed a wash but it did not get one because too many other paying people were using your car wash. I won't be back there until you put in your own private car wash. Your grand kids would appreciate it.

First, what I didn't like. When I received a text about special offers and service reminder, I hit the number to call to set up service and clarify the oil change offer of $120 for 2 - 6 quart oil changes. I got Chloe, an AI Voice which I immediately recognized as not a human being. Eventually, I was transferred to a scheduling person who answered my questions and scheduled my service. She was very helpful and when I asked what the cost was for 2 - 8 quart oil changes which is what my vehicle takes. She checked and said it would be $140 for the next two oil changes. When my son dropped the vehicle off the service person at Rice Lake Said they had no Idea about the offer. Joseph at the service desk called me to clarify and resolved the issue. They sold my father, elderly father, a 2013 Ford edge he doesn't drive at night , but months after the purchase we turn the headlights on and they all went into the sky. This car was not checked out before sale at all. Needed, oil change immediately, along with tie rods. Thank you so much don johnson

I was greated with a smile, walked through the check-in paperwork and directed to a comfortable seating area. I was a few minutes early and my truck was taken in and serviced right away. When the work was completed, Rita notified me and walked through the service paperwork and manual inspection of the brake pads. Another great experience!

They communicated clearly about my service. I was disappointed that after paying $1200 for repairs which included new air pressure sensors for all 4 tires, that I had to stop and put air in my tires. Seems like it would have been an easy thing for you vs me outside at Kwik trip in the cold. update - I did receive a call after posting my initial review. I feel they did appropriate follow up with me and tech that worked on my car. They worked to make things right for me and to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
