3 of us were headed home to the Twin Cities, after fishing on Lake of the Woods for 5 days. My truck was frozen and acting up, it was -25f when we left Baudette. In Kelliher I tried calling Onstar, they said we were too remote for them to help with a tow truck. We made it to Bemidji and found Dondelinger. I explained we were traveling and what was happening. Ben said he would find a spot for it to warm up. A short time later we were on the road home, in a truck working perfectly! I was prepared to be spending a few more days away from home. John took the time to understand the importance of safety that we need in a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicle features and patient with questions. On the way to a fishing trip with my son, our transmission decided to fail us. I called and talked with Tim in service. He was very helpful and willing to get us a tow truck if needed. Once we arrived at the dealership, Tim had already talked with the sales staff to let them know I was on my way in and to be on the lookout for me. I was greeted at the door by Skylar and he was willing to help me with what ever I needed. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and easy to deal with.
