Super awesome place. Came to pick up my bike on. Saturday and was going to get my bfs when they canceled on us after getting approved. Donelson Cycles helped find us a bike for him and turned our day completely around. Was the best experience I have ever had purchasing anything I recommend this place they’re not awful as most places are they don’t upsell you and give you viable information about whatever you’re interested in and even let us borrow some straps !! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience

The showroom had a very limited selection of motorcycles. I was looking for my next bike, and when I asked if I could at least hear one start, I was told it hadn’t been serviced yet. That response felt dismissive and made it seem like either they didn’t want to show the bike running or it shouldn’t have been on the floor before completing PDI. Overall, the experience felt more like dealing with an order taker than a salesperson helping a customer make an informed decision. UPDATE after response: Just to clarify, I never asked to test ride the bike — only to hear it start and run. My review was about how the situation was communicated, not the policy itself. A clearer, more customer-focused explanation would have made the experience better.

Brent is the most thorough and knowledgeable mechanic I've ever taken a bike to. Friendly staff and some nice bikes to check out while your there. Really enjoy this place.

This place is great! We go in for parts and gear for our TTR. My son has a Kawasaki KX100 and they were kind enough to change out an innertube for us last minute. Very nice and knowledgeable!

Called multiple times and they said they would have somebody call me to schedule a warranty repair on my rmax. Never received a call back. I’m surprised this location is still in business.
