I had an odd accident and called Donovan's. They arrived within 30 minutes to help fix my problem. The best part is that they didn't price gouge me either. Thank you so much, you were lifesavers! 😊

Have had to utilize this tow service multiple times, and each time it was a very good experience. Though somewhat local, we did not wait terribly long any of the times at all! Clean equipment, great attitudes, professional and fast, we would highly recommend Donovan's for anyone in need of their services at any time! Knowledgeable and accommodating of many situations. My car battery died in the late evening and I needed a jump. I gave him a call and he answered right away and was incredibly nice. He told me he'd be to me in 30 minutes but showed up quickly and jumped my car before that 30 minutes even passed, despite my hood not opening. He was kind, professional, and helpful. It was $45 which I felt was reasonable especially considering how quickly he responded, the time of day and how helpful he was.
