I was in town for a KU basketball game and, as I was leaving to head home, noticed something dragging underneath my vehicle. The team at Don’s was eager to help and genuinely cared about making sure my 8-hour drive back to Illinois would be a safe one. My car was looked at immediately, and the issue was identified and resolved in less than 25 minutes - absolutely amazing service. I can’t thank Joe, Patrick, and Josh enough for their prompt attention, professionalism, and willingness to help someone in a bind. Don's Automobile Service provided 1st Class Service for my 2015 Ford F-150 Pickup when they resolved a leaky coolant issue associated with the turbo's on this vehicle. Their mechanics did an excellent job fixing my problem in a very timely manner. Extremely satisfied with the results and price. Joe and Pat were very knowledgeable and continually updated me on their progress as my repairs progressed. This was my first time using Don's Automobile Service and I believe it was well worth it. I will continue my vehicle service needs with them.

Don's is always friendly and accommodating. We've been taking cars there for years. Under the new ownership, I love that I get texts with work estimates and invoices to review. And I can text back with any clarifying questions. I've never felt like they overcharged for work. Mice chewed our car's wiring three times, and it was fixed quickly and completely. Now I just have to figure out how to keep Mickey out of my engine successfully!

I had an excellent experience. The communication was very good, even though I made a mistake and dropped the car off in the wrong location. They were fast to share what was wrong, and made the quote extremely clear. Super friendly, with nice modern touches to keep in communication. I'd highly recommend.

One of my kids who is attending KU had their car break down on the side of the road. Me being from out of town I questioned "where do I have the tow truck take the car to be repaired". I did a quick google search and noticed Don's Auto Center had very high ratings. Gave them a call and instantly felt confident in sending the car to them. They quickly identified that the CV Axel had broken and had the car in and out of the shop in less than 24 hours. If your from out of town and have a kid at KU that runs into car trouble I cant recommend this place enough.
