Don's Auto Service

After leaving the car sit for many years in storage, I decided to resume work on my lifelong project last summer as the car itself was turning 50 years old. I had the great good fortune of being referred to Kevin at Don's Auto Service as a potential shop to consider when getting diagnostics/repairs done. The repair ultimately required carburetor replacement, along with fabrication, and tuning on various other systems. I have since been back at Kevin's door a few more times with other issues. In every case have found Kevin to be honest with me. I've also found that he does not sugar coating anything and helps me fully understand what I'm up against, while always being positive. I appreciate that. I plan to return to Kevin in the future whether it's for additional work on the old project car

My family has taken our vehicles to Kevin for 10 plus years. Now my friends and their friends and other companies taken their vehicles to Kevin for 10 plus years as well. I trust my wife and daughters vehicles with Kevin. There is never any gray area here. If you do not want the vehicle fixed “correctly” this is not the place for you. I literally drop my vehicles (personal and business) off to Kevin and say: “do what you would do for you car or your mothers car”. The price is ALWAYS fair and the vehicle is always fixed.

I can personally attest that Kevin is a fair and honest mechanic and trust him with repairing both of our vehicles. He is a great guy and highly recommend him.

Kevin the owner of Don's Auto Service has got to the best machanic I know. He works on everything from lawn mowers to my diesel truck. He runs an honest business. He's not like those Nate and switch tire shops out there. He will treat you right every time. He's worth anyone giving him a try.
