Beware of This Dealer - Taking Advantage of Latino Customers My son purchased a 2023 Dodge Ram (VIN: 1C6SRFJT1PN602291) with 1,019 miles, including both a manufacturer’s warranty and an extended warranty. He put down a $12,000 payment and was charged an 18% interest rate, resulting in a monthly payment of $1,751. my son has pay a total of $33012 so far. The check engine light came on the very next day after the purchase. Despite repeated attempts to have the dealer repair the truck, it completely broke down in March 2024. We dropped the truck off at the dealer in March, expecting it to be repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty. It has now been over 4 months (and 23 days), and we have received no updates or explanations regarding the status of the repairs. My son has been forced to

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!! I bought a car here in february, everything was great. There were some red flags but i needed a vehicle at the time. after 6 months the engine light came on and the car stopped working. Later they told me i needed an engine replacement and would do nothing to get it fixed or even help!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE STUCK WITH A CAR NOTE!!! terrible cars , your better off going to a regular dealership!

I got a 2017 jeep from here I had a few problems with it after I got it but they took care of them for me they spent like 4000 dollar fixing a gear issue on the jeep they told me they stand behind what they sale and they did I'd definitely get another vehicle for them in the future. Already made my first trip to the mountains in it thank you to all the staff at Don's who have helped me

DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! Place was sketchy and dishonest from the start ! Was told several times by their salesmen my credit would not be pulled . Even called back twice saying “hey I’m just price shopping I don’t want my credit pulled.” He assured and promised they aren’t that kind of dealership and would never do such a thing etc etc. I just received credit report and lo and behold “hard credit” pulled by “Don’s wholesale”. Very unprofessional a d classless . Thankful I didn’t get further into the purchasing process, can’t imagine what else they would lie about just to get your business . Save yourself the time . Shop elsewhere
