This place was an absolute joke. Don’t ever take anything here, I called one month in advance to schedule a appointment. Appointment scheduled no problem, the appointment was two weeks before I needed to use my car on a 10 hour trip. I dropped the car off, two days earlier then my appointment even, hadn’t heard anything a week and a half after dropping the car off. So, I called three days before my trip, and it had never made it into the shop, needless to say I never got the car back in time for this trip. It needed a flywheel, timing belt, and when they called, also a turbo. I opted to replace everything and also requested them to replace my rear main seal while the transmission was out. I supplied a brand new Fel-Pro rear main, and when I finally got it back, the rear main was still in t

My go to for auto work. Don is the best ever . Very friendly and a master mechanic. Have always trusted him with all my car's and trucks for 30 years.

Was told I would have to make appointment.I made a appointment a week in advance. Show up to my appointment 10 minutes early and sat there until 5 minutes after my appointment time for someone to come out and tell me that they have nowhere to bring my vehicle in and it's to cold outside. So they can't work on my vehicle. The first and last time in will pull in that place. Not even worth one star that i had to leave.

Terrible customer service person. Full of attitude, called 2 days in a row for quote went in 7 days later and was given attitude while being told she lost all the info had nothing in the system. I gave the $6000 repair to the competition because of her. Don has always been nice, he needs better help.

I started coming to Don's because my parents recently moved to Greencastle and have been going here. I drive from the east side of Indianapolis and it is well worth the drive. The staff is very friendly and honest! I feel comfortable bringing my car here and that I am not going to get taken advantage of. They are also great communicators as well and I have been able to get my car in on a last minute notice.
