I called on a Tuesday afternoon with concerns about my vehicle, after being referred to Donté. He was able to fit me in 2 days later. I, along with my vehicle were handled with the utmost care, concern, and respect. I thought the noise was my muffler, but it wasn't. Donté explained everything fully, and what he reccomends. The waiting room is clean, and smells nice. The restroom was clean as well, and that means a lot from a female perspective! My vehicle was in and out within an hour and a half. My Mitsubishi feels like it is gliding, or floating down the street now, thanks to Donté and his team. With the weather changing, I know I will be alright on these streets! My godfather recommend Donte's to me last year. I visited last year for my inspection and had a fabulous experience. I returned today for an appointment at 11:30 to have my car inspected and tires rotated. I was in and out in about 40 minutes! All of the employees are extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always make me feel welcome. I'll never take my car anywhere else, and I HIGHLY recommend them for any type of service!
