I have been a loyal customer with John for about 10 yrs now and I never had to take my car back for an issue he fixed. My past experiences with mechanics have all been horror stories, but F&S Auto has a life long customer in me.

John is an excellent mechanic. I started bringing my vehicle to him in 2018 when I moved to the area and now have been taking my cars to him for over 5 years. His prices are fair, he is always upfront about the cost, and is able to diagnose any issue quickly and goes over what needs to be done in detail. In 2021, my Dodge needed a good deal of work done after I began hearing noises when driving. John diagnosed the issue and notified me of the cost immediately, after repair the car was running like new as if there was never an issue. I highly recommend John and F&S to anyone local to the area, you won't find a more honest mechanic than John; it gives me comfort knowing I can count on F&S whenever an issue inevitably arises with my vehicle that will need repaired.

Being new to the area, I looked up an auto repair shop on the internet to perform a routine service on my Acura. They had very good reviews, I made an appointment, and they scheduled me within a few days. I dropped the car off in the morning and they called me at lunch time to say it was ready! John was a pleasure to deal with. He called another dealer to find a door moulding that I needed, I went pick it up, and when I returned he installed it at no charge. I highly recommend F&S Automotive!
