Doral Hyundai Parts Department

Worst service ever, I came to this place with appointment but still had to wait 30 min to get service, they were helping walk in first, "nicole" was the person that supose to "help" me but instead she conviced me to add 2 services not needed to charge more on the entire service. After all when I came to pick up the car and was super dirty (inside and outside) they didnt care that i brought the car clean. Be carefull with your car in this place specially if is new.

Called 3 different phone numbers, atleast 7 times each and nobody picked up the phone. Throught a span of 8 hours from 9am to 5pm while I was at work. Cant make it in time to ask a question in person due to my schedule and distance. So i may have to rush during my lunch break just for a simple question if they have a part in inventory.

Came in for a horn that is now working on a NEW KONA. The service dept. told us they needed to order a part and we would get a call in 2-3 days. It's been a month and no call. When trying to call service, they have no record of the visit. When calling parts, you can NEVER get in touch with someone. I have left SEVERAL messages and even went on line to request a call back. NOTHING TERRIBLE service. Will never buy a hyndai again.

Even if they are doing nothing, nobody answer the phone in parts department. They don't care about their clients. Horrible and very bad service.
